The reception was wonderful and outstanding. The staff, particularly Sintia and Janiele, were professional and nice. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to shopping and transportation.

I stayed at a centrally located hotel with easy access to transportation, shopping centers, and various amenities. The cleanliness of this hotel was impressive, and the facilities were modern and high-quality. Additionally, the staff was fantastic, and the receptionists, in particular, were outstanding. Sintia, who assisted me while I was ordering food was very professional and provided excellent customer service. The breakfast was delicious and had an excellent spread of options. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! the location was amazing as it was close to all the restaurants and shops. the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, which made it easy for me to get a good night's rest. the staff was very nice and accommodating which made my stay even more pleasant. the free Internet in the room was a lifesaver as I had to finalize some work during my holiday break.

The pool was nice and clean and the breakfast was okay. It was also convenient to have a gym on site. The hotel was located in a great spot near lots of shopping and dining options, and the staff were always very friendly and helpful.

The bed in my room was very uncomfortable, and I didn't get a good night's sleep at all. The air conditioning in the room was also not working properly, which made it very difficult to sleep.
